Warm-Up

Before a run it is important to do active mobility rather than static stretching so that your body activated properly to perform. The following poses and movements are great to do as part of your warm-up before a run.

Post Run

Post run is when more static stretching can be used to allow the body to open and recover more effectively.

Three areas that are important for runners to focus on are:
  • Hip flexors
  • Quadriceps
  • Glutes
