Forearm stretch on wall


Benefits:
  • Increase wrist and neck mobility
  • Reduces tension in the forearms, biceps, shoulders and chest

Cues:
  • ​Start in mountain pose standing with your right side close to the wall
  • ​Extend your right arm straight out for the shoulder
  • Place your palm on the wall with your finger tips pointed down towards the ground
  • Work with your own range
